- If you need to speak to a member of our support team you can email us directly at help@asdastars.com
- All members of the group which you share your post or recognition with will be able to see its content. For example, if you choose the 'national' group, all members of the business will be able to see this
- Any comments you make will be visible to all members in the group which the post was shared with
- If you have any concerns over content which has been posted you can click the three dots in the top corner of the post and 'report post', we will then we able to review this
- Please make sure you do not share confidential information through the site in posts, recognitions or comment
