What is the process to follow in the unfortunate event of the death of a colleague who has star points?

If the colleague has star points please access the new OneAsda site and raise a case to People Services using the 'Ask a question’ form on OneAsda. Note – you will need to use your @asda.uk identity and authenticator to access the new OneAsda for the first time.
